Mr. Lewis was a former principal at Marshall Elementary School. He served our school and students for 29 years and is fondly remembered. We send our condolences to his family.

Spread kindness and warmth! Marshall Elementary and Leslie Intermediate invite you to participate in the Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Sweater Drive through November. Your generosity will provide essential cold-weather items to students district-wide. We welcome donations of new or clean, gently used coats, sweaters, hoodies, hats, scarves, gloves, blankets and socks in sizes 2T through adult. Donations can be sent with your kiddo or dropped off at the school library on either campus.

Cafeterias on all 3 campuses recently treated the students to vegetarian sushi. From all reports, it was a hit! LIS students lined up to sample it.

Attention parents of Leslie Intermediate students: Due to low water levels, LIS students are transitioning to the Marshall High School campus. We will load buses at the high school campus at 4:20pm. If you are picking up your child, please go to the gym lobby. There is a pep rally students will attend in the gym lasting until 4:15pm. Thank you!
